Meeting owner sends meeting invitation to participants and pre-registrate guests via Outlook.

Advantages of pre-registration: 

  • Guests can quickly sign-in with their email upon arrival.

  • Guests will receive the required legal documents prior to the visit - speeding up the check-in process.

Your guest scannes the QR code by the reception or entry point with their phone camera. Fills in the required information: E-mail, Name, phone no, company. Finds their host. Check-in compleeted.

OBS: Recuring and pre-registred guests will experience a more simple and faster check-in process.

  • Personal guest badges can be printed

When the guest leaves the premises they will scan the QR code and sign out. If the guest forgets to check-out the host will be notified via SMS/Teams/e-mail/Slack 30 minutes after the meeting is scheduled to finish. 

Advantages of check-out:

  • Your realtime overview of visitors on you premises is always accurate - to be used for evacuation reports, statitics etc.
