Guests will receive the required legal documents prior to the visit - speeding up the check-in process.
Your guest scannes the QR code by the reception or entry point with their phone camera. Fills in the required information: E-mail, Name, phone no, company. Finds their host. Check-in compleeted.
OBS: Recuring and pre-registred guests will experience a more simple and faster check-in process.
Advantages of company "owns" the QR code:
When the guest leaves the premises they will scan the QR code and sign out. If the guest forgets to check-out the host will be notified via SMS/Teams/e-mail/Slack 30 minutes after the meeting is scheduled to finish.
